In order to start CrossFit, we require a 6-week commitment. After that, you may choose to be a member on a month-to-month basis.
The 6 week commitment On-Ramp Package includes 1 week of On-Ramp that is required for all beginners to lay the foundation for proper technique, consistency, & intensity (all workouts are scalable). Classes are on M/T/Th/Fr at 6:30 pm. Upon completion of On-Ramp, you may choose to attend unlimited classes of Boot Camp or CrossFit for the remainder of the time.
With this package, you get 1 free session with a nutrition coach. After your 6 weeks has been completed, your 6-week commitment will automatically be changed and you will be able to continue with your CrossFit journey 3 x week plus Saturdays at no extra charge. If you aren’t able to make it into one of the classes, please inform the trainer and he or she will make arrangements at a later date and go over the class missed.
Our On-Ramp morning classes are available at 6:30 & 7:30 am. Other times may be available by appointment, please contact Belen for more information.
At Crossfit Wichita, we do not require our members to commit to a yearly contract, your membership will renew on a monthly basis and your cost is based on the number of times per week you would like to attend.
CrossFit unlimited enables you to come in daily, gives you access to the Oly lifting classes, fitness boot-camp, and yoga classes. You may switch up and participate in any one of the classes mentioned above.
Please let us know of any Membership changes. Cancellation requires a 7-day written notice via email or a text message. If you exceed the 7-day notice there will be a $35 cancellation fee plus a $15 service charge.
We also offer a free assessment class with one of our CrossFit trainers.
We believe the true value of what we have to offer can only be known by experiencing it.
