We offer our On Ramp class every other week during the month throughout the year

On Ramp Schedule: To begin CrossFit, it’s important to us that we ensure new clients get individualized training on the foundational movements to ensure safety and confidence before joining our traditional group classes.
On-Ramp meets for one week at 6:30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. If you aren’t available at those times, we offer training options in the morning.
Dates –  Oct 29th Nov 4th Nov 18th Dec 3rd Dec 16th
And is it possible for us to continue changes the dates or add dates without contacting you and do you do that on your end only?
