We offer our On Ramp class every Monday during the month throughout the year

On Ramp Schedule: To begin CrossFit, it’s important to us that we ensure new clients get individualized training on the foundational movements to ensure safety and confidence before joining our traditional group classes.
On-Ramp meets for one week at 6:30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Each session is 1 hour long with a short workout. If you aren’t available at those times, we offer training options in the morning and afternoons. So if you’re a 2nd or 3rd shift working we can work around your schedule.
Dates – Every Monday through the month
And is it possible for us to continue changes the dates or add dates without contacting you and do you do that on your end only?
